Sunday Roast Dinners are back, every Sunday from noon.

We are extending our kitchen opening hours until 9pm, everyday.

Monday - Thursday 12:00 till 3pm then 5 till 9pm

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12-9pm

From the 18th of November the Festive Menu begins until 23rd December. DurING this festive period we will still have a special lunch menu available. Ask for more details.

You can now purchase events online by clicking the Tickets/Shop link at the top of the page. This includes events such as NYE (SOLD OUT) and you can even pay your Xmas party deposits here too.

The very popular QUIZ is back again with the opportunity to win a cash prize. Sunday 17th November at 6:30pm. This is a triple rollover and that means the prize pool is guaranteed.

We were trilled to be named The Travellers Choice Award winner for 2024. Thank you to all of you who reviewed us over this last year and well done to the team at the Crown.

The Crown achieved Cask Marque excellence on their Cask Ales and are now on the National beer trail. We pride ourselves on fine beer everyday; you may notice the new plaque to the left of the front door. 

Some beers on the line-up this week include -  Black Sheep - Abbot Ale. Beers also joining the line up are Wye Valley favourites Butty Bach & HPA. coming soon is Tim Taylor Boltmaker and Enville Ale.

United entertainment presents - Open Mic at the Crown - Hosted by Robert Hunt. The next Open Mic is Sunday 8th December from 4pm.This event will be staged on the second Sunday of every month, the last Open Mic was memorable. Put it in your diary.

Christmas bookings are rolling in. Book early to secure your preferred date. The Crown will have the Festive Menu with Roast dinners being served everyday from 18th November to December 23rd.

This is the best place to hear it first… we have some very exciting dinners soon to be announced - Including a chef take-over series and the likes of a very special seafood dinner. These dinners will be pre-sale ticketed.
