The  BANK HOLIDAY MUSIC WEEKEND in May is shaping up nicely. We are open as usual, including the Monday. 

LIVE MUSIC BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND

Takaboys are playing at the Sausage and cider festival and then coming to perform a live set on Saturday 24th May from 4-6pm. 

Some Jazz on Sunday May 25th with ‘Midnight grove’ is going to be good From 5pm

Chase the sun around the Crown, hosting one of the best beer gardens for miles. There are plans for plenty of live music with details below. An exciting addition coming to the garden next week! Ask for details.

  We have just been added to the Real Ale Finder app. This app shows our live cask ale selection and our what is coming soon, along with all the tasting notes for the beers. This is a fantastically well thought out app.  Download it now!

Sunday Roast Dinners are finished till we bring them back in September.

The Crown achieved Cask Marque excellence on their Cask Ales and are now on the National beer trail, ask for the QR code to join the trail. We pride ourselves on fine beer everyday; you may notice the new plaque to the left of the front door.

The Hat Tricks are playing live on Sunday 1st June from 5pm.

United entertainment presents - Open Mic at the Crown - Hosted by Mal, (Robert Malcom). The next Open Mic is Sunday 8th June from 4pm.This event will be staged on the second Sunday of every month, the last Open Mic was memorable. Put it in your diary.

Father’s Day is June 15th- there will be live music from Mason Wake in a hopefully sun filled garden from 5pm. Treat your dad to a day at the Crown. There will be a tournament for Foosball too.
